Return Policy
Orders may be returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery, excluding items subject to final sale listed below. Refunds are not available.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of any of the above items.
If you wish to return an item that is eligible for return, please contact hello@flashjewellery.com to initiate the return process. Returns must be authorised by a customer service representative. If your purchase is eligible for return, a customer service representative will provide instructions for return and a return authorisation form that must be included with your return shipment. Returns must be shipped within 2 days of your receipt of the return authorisation form and your return tracking details provided as proof.
Items must be in original, unworn condition, including original packaging, to be accepted for return. In the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to deny the return and/or deduct a restocking or repair fee from any store credit.
Please pack your goods respectfully to avoid damage—we advise using the box your order arrived in. Flash will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit.
Returns initiated beyond 7 days of receipt of your order, or shipped beyond 2 days of your receipt of a return authorisation, will not be accepted.
Please note that store credit issued as a result of a return excludes any shipping fees paid in connection with the original order and that all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
